My main role in the senior design project is working with the integration sub-team. This sub-team will be responsible for ensuring the on-board computer is up to the task of running the neural network. Once the Docker image is ready and the network has been trained, it will be loaded onto the on-board computer. Then driving decisions can be made locally as the car drives itself. Should this be too computationally demanding for the on-board computer, communications will need to be established to run the network remotely.
